Thomas&Wynter R&D is a research and development company made up of disruptors, creatives, engineers and designers with a mission to initiate, inspire and ignite innovation of new products and services for affluent professionals ages 25 - 45. Simply speaking, we’ve fallen in love with that “What” and the “Why” and are having a lot of fun figuring out the “How”.

Unlike your standard R&D company, we don’t just gather research and draw conclusions. We actually make the products, improving on design and functionality with every iteration.
You may be asking, “So what do you design?” or “Do you only design your own products?” or even, “What space do you really live in?”. In the words of the late Kobe Bryant, “More.” Just kidding.
So far, we’ve developed products in the sexual health, travel and parenting spaces. We’ve helped other companies develop solutions in fashion, accessory and corporate lifestyle.
Sherika and Shallon created this company to do exactly what the name says: research and develop. Research ideas that peak our interest and develop amazing solutions around it.
