Sherika is a consultant and entrepreneur with vast experience in product development, vendor management, and business development. She has more than 13 years in product and project management and holding both Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) and Project Management Professional (PMP) certifications. . Sherika's background is in mechanical engineering and industrial design from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and University of the Arts, respectively.

Shallon Thomas

Co-FOUNDER & Chief Operating Officer

 Shallon holds an MBA from Washington Adventist University and is a Project Management Professional (PMP), and a Lean Six Sigma practitioner. His career began as a quality engineer in the military defense industry and later served as a consultant for the US patent office. 

He enjoys finding opportunities for innovation and the constant evolution of growing a business. Shallon seeks to share his vision of servant leadership with the world and inspire others to start their entrepreneurial journey.
